Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel as Night Guest Service Agent in a Full Time capacity.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Conduct guest arrivals and departures during the overnight shift
2. Confidently provide personalised, proactive guest service
3. Provide outstanding guest experiences by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining standards
4. Maintain professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings
5. Ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, including tasks such as for preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks of the property.
6. Maintain accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
7. Ensure guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
8. Previous hotel front office/reception experience
9. A commitment and passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service;
10. Strong computer skills/knowledge, training will be provided for reservations system;
11. Professional interpersonal and communication skills;
12. A high standard of personal presentation
13. Ability to lead and motivate a high preforming team
14. Availability to work 10pm - 6am on a rotating roster
