About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our construction teams in delivering high-quality residential projects across multiple sites.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage construction activities in accordance with contractual agreements, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate allocation of materials and trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Inspect completed work to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 2 years' experience in supervising residential builds.
* Excellent project management skills, including coordinating multiple service providers and suppliers.
* Knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to building residential homes.
* Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take necessary actions to rectify or prevent them.
* Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
