Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Principal Road Designer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in delivering major road infrastructure projects, particularly roads and highways design. They will also possess proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads, as well as knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, and completing the assigned delivery of the Road Design component of projects within agreed budgets and deadlines. They will also lead a road design project team, including coaching and development of capabilities.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to maintain ongoing communication with relevant Project Managers/Team Leaders and clients when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree or qualification relevant to Civil Engineering
* Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads
* Significant years of experience in a project delivery environment with demonstrated participation in the delivery of major road infrastructure projects
* Knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design
