We are seeking a NDIS Finance & Claims Officer to manage Service Agreements, and the end‑to‑end NDIS claims process as part of our friendly and collaborative Finance Team.

About the Role
The core purpose of this role is to ensure families receive seamless access to NDIS-funded supports by:
1. Creating and maintaining accurate Service Agreements
* costing NDIS plans
* entering and maintaining agreements in our CRM
* preparing and issuing Service Agreements for parent/carer approval
* updating plans as budgets or circumstances change
2. Managing the end‑to‑end NDIS claims process
* preparing and reviewing Consultant Hours and activity reports
* completing pre‑claim audits
* submitting claims through our CRM and the NDIS Portal
* following up errors, discrepancies, and budget issues
* working closely with program staff to ensure data accuracy
This role is essential to ensuring the financial sustainability of services that support children and families every day.
You'll Be Great In This Role If You Have…
* Experience working with NDIS claims, client management systems or similar funded service claiming
* Strong skills in Excel and confidence using multiple software systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to analyse information, problem-solve and reconcile issues
* Clear and friendly communication skills
* A Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Check (or ability to obtain)
Desirable: experience with Xero, Echidna (CRM used by Firstchance), or disability/community sector finance.
