We are the leading provider of Managed Technology Solutions to local and regional organisations in Australia where we help businesses across the nation to harness office technology to improve productivity, efficiency and growth.

Our customer relationships and delivering outstanding experiences are critical to our success as a Technology Partner. We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant who will be based in our Adelaide office – someone who is driven and can work at pace.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying and proposing technology solutions, conducting client meetings and communications, and ensuring seamless integration of solutions into client environments. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support, driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Your Responsibilities

- Assist sales team with pre-sales activities and develop technology solutions

- Provide technical support for networking, security, and cloud solutions

- Conduct user requirement analyses and maintain product/service knowledge

- Generate technical designs, bills of materials, and solutions based on our technology stack

- Ability to translate and communicate technical information whilst driving sales and customer expectations

- Manage all client demos and consultations

- Strong understanding of the technical landscape, where analysis, diagnosis and service is performed

- Ensure effective handover to project teams for solution delivery and assist with any post-sales support required.

What You Need to Succeed

- 2 - 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Sales Architect role. Preferable if you have a background in technology engineering

- Skilled in generating, proposing, and presenting technical solutions

- Developing knowledge of market offerings, vendor products, and sales expertise

- Initiative-driven with excellent time-management and prioritisation skills

- Effective communicator of technical information to non-technical audiences

- Proven technical and client-based problem-solving skills

- Knowledge in virtualisation, cloud hosting (e.g., Microsoft Azure), WAN, LAN, internet services, wireless LAN, network services, broadband, ISP, mobile network architecture, and Microsoft 365 environment

- Strong technical knowledge in networking, security, and cloud solutions

- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and project teams

Prerequisites


• Only applicants with the eligibility to work in Australia will be considered


• Applicants should also be able to successfully complete a police check


• Must have a current driver's licence
