Rehabilitation Consultant – OT / PT / EP – Brisbane
The role is based in our Milton office and reports to the Brisbane Team Leader, with some regional support to the Toowoomba and Gold Coast teams. The position will involve early intervention, critical incident response, onsite support and team support services across the Southeast Queensland and Darling Downs regions. You will engage with clients onsite in their workplace, focusing on upskilling, training and debriefing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a case load that includes project opportunities, early intervention, critical incident response.
* Case manage clients with a broad range of physical and psychosocial needs.
* Support clients to return to their existing workplaces or find new employment options.
* Conduct workers compensation, state government, DVA and worksite functional assessments.
* Travel regionally through the Darling Downs, Ipswich and Southeast Queensland.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who shares our vision of helping individuals and teams be connected through work. Candidates should be curious, driven, empathetic and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent time‐management, organisational and communication skills are essential. A willingness to travel to regional areas is required.
Qualifications
* Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology or a relevant tertiary qualification.
* Occupational rehabilitation experience desirable but not essential.
* New and recent graduates welcome to apply.
