Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service to tenants and clients.
Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Manage budgets, procurement, and financial reporting with care and precision.
Take ownership of safety, risk management, and compliance across the portfolio.
Coordinate and support contractors to achieve outstanding results every time.
About You
Experienced in managing industrial, commercial, or retail facilities.
A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems.
Financially savvy, organised, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
Skilled in contractor management and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable, proactive, and ready to make a real impact in a supportive team.
