You will use your customer service skills to build rapport with your clients, assist them on their employment journey, and help them overcome barriers to employment.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as part of managing the referral & intake process of job seekers into their chosen program with MatchWorks.Assess job seeker skills, abilities, and identify barriers and intervention strategies.In consultation with our job seekers, develop and maintain work preparation strategies, job seeking strategies, tailored interventions (including other service providers), and employment support activities.Reverse market job seekers to achieve sustainable employment opportunities.Provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment. Skills & Experience You are self-driven, resilient, and experienced in Customer Service. You love a challenge, thrive in a dynamic pace, and have the ability to move agilely through your to-do list. Experience within the Employment Services sector is advantageous but not essential as we have a strong induction and support network to help you succeed.Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Ability to use computer systems, with excellent data accuracy & note-taking.Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.Enjoy achieving KPIs - we aren't selling cars; we are securing meaningful work for vulnerable individuals.Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check or are willing to obtain one.
