We are seeking a suitably experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Therapy Services (Group Program) team. While this is a permanent full‑time position, part‑time hours or job‑share may be considered.
In this role, you will:
* As part of a multidisciplinary team, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate Group Therapy Program services to clients in the clinical area of Integrated Therapy Services (ITS) using advanced Occupational Therapy clinical practice skills.
* Plan, implement and evaluate patient safety and quality of care.
* Ensure practice is in accordance with the Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and SMHS policies and guidelines.
Fremantle Hospital is a 300‑bed specialist hospital focused on providing high‑quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.
