Property Managers
* Manage portfolios with structure, support, and realistic workloads
* Strong systems, admin support, and leadership that actually backs you
* Focus on service, retention, and clean portfolio management
Sales Associates (6 Months+ Experience)
* Build momentum under strong agents and proven teams
* Hands-on exposure to listings, buyers, and negotiations
* Clear pathway to standalone sales
Sales Agents
* List, sell, and grow your market presence
* Work with agencies investing in growth, not standing still
* Earn without ceilings and be rewarded for performance
What you’ll be doing
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing portfolios, campaigns, and transactions end-to-end
* Handling negotiations, problem-solving, and day-to-day client needs
* Prospecting, following up, and staying active in your market
* Delivering a level of service that drives repeat and referral business
What matters (and what doesn’t)

You’ll need:
* Relevant real estate experience (Property Management or Sales)
* Current QLD Registration or Licence
* Strong communication and ability to handle pressure
* Accountability, resilience, and a genuine work ethic
