We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. This part-time role involves working 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
This is a key position within our clinic that contributes to the overall performance and enhances the customer experience. We require an individual who possesses excellent organisational and customer service skills to help us deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients.
* Collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to provide exceptional patient care.
* Develop knowledge of our products, services, and government funding programs to tailor client-specific sales strategies.
