Powerhouse
As a Project Coordinator, you'll work collaboratively and across disciplines to deliver innovative exhibitions that bring the Powerhouse vision to life. We're seeking a proactive, action-oriented individual who can manage multiple stakeholders while overseeing all aspects of project planning, design, and construction. You'll produce documentation, contracts, and schedules; chair meetings; monitor progress; and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include drafting budgets, managing risk, and maintaining strict compliance with Work Health & Safety standards to guarantee quality and safety at every stage. Experience in program and project management whether in exhibitions, festivals, live events, or other large-scale productions is highly valued. The successful candidate is expected to commence in late January 2026.
