With continued growth across Western Australia, HazRad is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant with experience in WasteEdge to support our operational and logistics teams - length of placement to be discussed.

The Role / Key Responsibilities
This role would suit a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with operational systems within the waste industry. The successful applicant will support HazRad's operations team through administrative coordination and WasteEdge system management.
The role will involve:
* Creating and managing jobs within the WasteEdge ERP system
* Entering and maintaining customer service agreements and waste service data
* Maintaining accurate records of waste services, transport activities and disposal information
* Assisting with invoicing preparation and job reconciliation through WasteEdge
* Providing general administration support to the sales and operations team
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Experience
* Previous experience using WasteEdge (integral)
* Experience working within the waste management, recycling, transport or environmental services industry
* Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail
* Good communicative and interpersonal skills to coordinate jobs internally within the WasteEdge system
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
