Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure the Customer Assist team runs smoothly and efficiently. This involves processing bad debt write-offs, completing daily, weekly and monthly reporting, demonstrating an astute approach to all administration actions with care and diligence, processing journal entries and transactions to customer accounts in compliance with policy, identifying opportunities for process improvement and reducing risk.
About You:
If you have experience interpreting data from insurance or financial services backgrounds; working as a data analyst or report writer using tools such as Excel pivot tables; possessing strong analytical skills along with excellent communication abilities - then this role may be suitable.
