Ready to take your career to the next level? HOBAN are in partnership with a highly reputable Warehousing & Logistics company based in **Pemulwuy** who are currently seeking an experienced **Customer Service Specialist** to join and grow with their expanding team.
*This is a Temp to Perm position for the right applicant. You are required to work onsite Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.*
**_Job Summary: _**
- Primary focus to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure full satisfaction by providing timely and quality service.
- A member to a strong team, where passion for customer service and enthusiasm for assisting others to achieve positive outcomes, underpins all activities.
- Constantly busy across multiple tasks - processing orders in SAP, coordinating with warehouse and customer around delivery dates, communicating out of stocks to customers, leading the future development of the customer service department.
**_Responsibilities:_**
- Handling calls and enquiries, always striving for a first point of call resolution and a Service Excellence experience.
- Accurate and timely processing of customer orders using SAP.
- Accurate and timely processing of EDI orders from external customers
- Liaise with customers regarding back-order status and alternate products.
- Liaising with sales teams and warehouse & distribution to provide relevant information for fulfilment of customer orders/ enquiries.
- Coordinate and process all customer returns in a timely manner using SAP.
- Investigate customer enquiries and respond to customer requests.
- Investigate customer account disputes and arrange credits, where necessary.
- Adhere to and comply with KPIs measures set by the business.
- Assist with EDI order management systems, including customer on-boarding, testing, data verification and training.
**_About You:_**
- Experience of Warehouse Operations is ideal, but not essential - pick packing, WMS, dispatch and receiving.
- Various SAP Warehouse Management System experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams.
- Experience with Customer Service for Warehousing Companies ideal, not essential.
- Experience with difficult customer conversations, complaints and damages to their products.
- Must have full-time Availability - Monday to Friday.
