Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – Data Centre & Critical Environments

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our Sales team designing innovative solutions, influencing key decision-makers, and helping our customers build resilient, efficient, and sustainable facilities.
What you'll do:
* Own technical solutions from concept through to design and proposal development
* Partner with the Sales team to deliver workshops, demos, bids, and presentations
* Develop strong relationships with Consulting Engineers, channel partners, and end users
* Analyse customer requirements and translate them into compelling technical solutions
* Share subject‐matter expertise and contribute to team innovation and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 3 years in a pre‐sales role, with exposure to customer‐facing technical solutioning
* Hands‐on experience with single‐phase and three‐phase power and cooling/air‐conditioning systems
* Strong technical skills (Visio/AutoCAD), excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with Data Centre facilities, building services, or facility operations; some interstate travel required
