Our client URGENTLY requires a Senior Storage Infrastructure Engineer for a 12 months + Contract in Canberra.
The Senior Storage Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing and tuning the department's storage systems at physical and virtual layers.
Skills and Experience required:
* Must have experience working in large complex ICT environments and the ability to produce design, build and operations documents for processes and procedures.
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the design, administration, tuning and troubleshooting of one or more of the following storage systems:
o HPE 3PAR, Primera, Alletra Storage Systems
o NetApp E-Series
o Dell Data Domain
o Brocade Fabric Switches
o SANnav
o Scality Artescants
* Experience / Knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills to work with skilled technical people, including making presentations to staff and stakeholders and coaching staff.
