Executive Coordinator

Hobart | Full-time | On-site

We’re looking for an Executive Coordinator to support two senior leaders within our business. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role where you’ll be at the centre of how the team operates day-to-day.

It’s not a traditional, task-based EA role. You’ll be someone who thinks ahead, joins the dots and takes ownership, helping to ensure our leaders are set up for success across a broad range of priorities.


About the role

You’ll play a key role in managing the flow of work across two busy leaders, including:

* Proactive diary management - planning ahead, protecting time and ensuring focus on the right priorities

* Coordinating meetings, travel, site visits and key interactions end-to-end

* Anticipating needs and identifying what’s coming next, not just reacting to requests

* Supporting leadership rhythms, events and key business moments

* Preparing presentations and documents to a high standard, with strong attention to detail

* Acting as a central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders

* Managing multiple competing priorities and making decisions quickly where needed

* Contributing to continuous improvement across processes and ways of working


About you

You’re someone who:

* Takes ownership and works things out independently

* Enjoys working in a busy, ever-changing environment where priorities shift

* Is proactive and comfortable thinking ahead and solving problems

* Brings a calm, level-headed approach and can manage competing demands

* Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships across the business

* Has strong organisational skills and knows how to prioritise effectively

* Produces high-quality work, with a strong eye for detail

* Is confident using technology, including the Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
