Your new role
As the Communications and Campaign Officer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing promotional campaigns that drive awareness and attendance across a diverse annual program. You'll work closely with internal teams to create compelling content and manage multi-channel communications. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering promotional campaigns for events and exhibitions
* Creating engaging social media content and managing campaign calendars
* Briefing and overseeing the development of creative assets
* Writing and distributing a monthly eNewsletter
* Managing website content and event listings
* Supporting ticketing and campaign logistics
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Exceptional copywriting ability and attention to detail
* A passion for arts, music, performance, and community events
* Experience in campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels
* Familiarity with social media platforms, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g. Campaign Monitor), and design platforms (e.g. Canva)
Desirable qualifications:
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field
* Previous experience in a similar role within arts, events, or creative industries
