About Us:
Wildleaf Dispensary is a boutique medicinal cannabis dispensary servicing the North Queensland region. We are dedicated to guiding and empowering individuals on their wellness journey with plant based medicine, offering unparalleled patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities:
* Dispensing prescriptions with an attention to detail and accuracy
* Responding to patient queries, including phone, email and SMS enquiries.
* Assisting with clinic appointment bookings
* Point of sale service
* Advising customers on retail products & medical devices
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a dispensary technician is preferred
* An interest in plant based medicine is essential
* Pharmacy assistant S2/S3 certificate is highly regarded but not essential
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving team environment
* Minimum 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience required
