As a result of our growth and focus on continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers, partners, and patients, a Permanent Part Time opportunity is present for an experienced **Medical Imaging Audio Typist.**
**What will you be doing?**
Working remotely, you will be an accurate and efficient Medical Imaging Audio Typist, typing a variety of medical imaging reports including general X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, CT and MRI.
**What are we looking for?**
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated experience working as a dedicated Medical Imaging Audio Typist, ideally in Radiology
- Well-developed knowledge of medical imaging terminology
- Minimum typing speed of 80 WPM with 98% accuracy
- Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office and digital transcription software)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team
You must have a home office set up with the necessary computer equipment and be able to work full-time or part-time (3-4 days per week). Shifts will vary across the core operational hours of 8.30am - 7.00pm (AEDT/AEST).
