Speech Pathologist Position
We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to fill a permanent role in Ipswich. Our team is dedicated to creating a positive work environment where achievements are recognized and collaboration is valued.
The role involves managing a diverse caseload of adult and pediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities, offering opportunities to enhance skills in dysphagia management, AAC prescription, and general therapy techniques.
* Conduct assessments and design therapy plans across various settings, including clients' homes, day centers, parks, and beaches.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative client solutions.
* Build strong relationships with clients to see the lasting impact of your work.
About You
We seek Speechies who are proactive, passionate about participant care, and willing to challenge ideas for the benefit of clients. Required qualifications include:
* SPA registration
* A valid driver's license and vehicle
* NDIS, Working with Children, and Police Checks (or willingness to obtain)
