We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join us at our new Canberra location, opening mid-September 2025. You will play a key role in building and introducing our clientele to our brand and managing a new team in our Canberra Boutique.

Responsibilities Include
* Delivering exceptional shopping experiences for our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention
* Driving the sales performance of our flagship location
* Stock management and stock loss prevention
* Acting as a role model for our values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer-focused, and inspiring
* Providing leadership and support for seasonal stocktakes and visual merchandising directives
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role (luxury retail preferred but not essential)
* Leadership experience in managing and inspiring a small team
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
* Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
