ProTrades Insurance are an online Australia Wide servicing Insurance Brokerage that only insures Tradies. We understand the businesses in which are clients operate in and therefore are able to tailor policies to best suit their needs. We offer flexible working arrangements over 6 days per week however we also fully support a four day full time work week if that's also your thing Based in the Frankston area, the role will be suitable for a local to the Mornington Peninsula.
Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 3 years in general insurance broking experience required with tier 1 qualifications.
* Winbeat and sunrise experience
* The ability to work autonomously and take care of a growing book of existing clients as well as focusing on growing the business both organically and with new clients coming in daily via our website and phone number.
* Claims experience
* Understanding our client - Tradies - what, how and why they do things is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
* Processing of insurance quotations, endorsement and renewals
* Talking to clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions
* Social Media knowledge would be amazing although not essential
* Negotiating with insurers
* Processing endorsements
* Managing claims

Please note this role is currently work from home however will be moved into an in-office role in the future.
