Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre) - Full Time, Hybrid Opportunity. Location: Gosford, New South Wales, Australia.
The NRMA is a trusted, member-owned brand. As an inbound Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the reassuring voice supporting our members and customers when they need a hand most. You’ll serve as the initial point of contact for roadside assistance calls, providing prompt and helpful service.
Responsibilities
- Be the initial point of contact for roadside assistance calls, delivering prompt and helpful service to members and customers.
- Contribute to a supportive member experience by building valuable skills and growing with a trusted brand.
- Work within a 3-week rotational roster (5am–midnight, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays) with non-negotiable hours.
- Work in a hybrid environment, primarily remotely, with required presence at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford offices as directed. Must live within 60km of Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford Central.
- Note: Leave requests during peak season (February to end of April 2026) cannot be supported.

- Previous contact centre experience is not essential; training and support are provided.
