As a Human Resources Support Officer, you will play a vital role in the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Services: Deliver timely and confidential administrative services, including preparing engagement documentation, managing leave provisions, and processing conditions of employment.
* Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to reviewing requisitions and publishing vacancies.
* Workforce Data Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of workforce data by creating and updating employee information in our HR management system.
* Operational Guidance: Provide guidance and advice on HR procedures and practices to business units. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services by developing new procedures and training materials.
Requirements:
* Experience in similar HR administration or support roles.
* Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
