About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a motivated, customer-focused team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and create a fun, supportive store culture.
You'll be supported by a passionate and experienced head office team who'll make sure you have the tools, resources, and backing to succeed.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Supporting daily store operations, including opening, closing, and end-of-day tasks
* Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management
* Leading by example to inspire and develop your team
* Contributing to store sales targets and KPIs
* Maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging workplace

About You
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic leader who thrives in a retail environment and genuinely loves helping people. You'll also bring:
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Motivation to achieve sales and performance goals
* Previous retail experience (fashion or footwear highly regarded)
* Minimum of 2+ years retail experience in a customer-facing environment
* Equestrian knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
* Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
