Job Description
o Own governance across Vendors and internal teams.
o Own the production of Program level governance reports
o Provide oversight on financial reporting
o Assist in developing team engagement strategies and delivering team days offsite.
The Successful Applicant
o Strong preference for Retail experience.
o Experience in establishing transformation PMO capabilities.
o Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to articulate the objectives of the program.
o Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
o A coaching mindset to improve project management & PMO capabilities.
