Our **Daimler Trucks Perth **dealership is inviting a skilled and enthusiastic **Leading Hand / Foreman** to join the team and be an integral part of our ongoing success in the ever-evolving transport sector. This position starts on Sunday and goes through to Wednesday, 7am till 5pm.
**About the Role**:
- Effective allocation of service and repair jobs to technicians
- Diagnosis and repair of a wide range of heavy vehicles
- Hands-on supervision and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices
- Effective partnering with service advisors and technicians during express assessments
- Carrying out quality control checks on service repairs conducted by technicians
- Ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with manufacturer requirements for warranty

**About You**:
- Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Demonstrated experience with European, American or Japanese truck brands
- Strong leadership capabilities including ability to drive cohesion and productivity
- Process and compliance driven mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
