Job Role Overview

The role of an Assistant Branch Manager entails supporting the Branch Manager in driving overall performance and strategic development of the branch.

This involves coaching and mentoring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the Branch Manager in driving overall performance and strategic development of the branch
* Providing guidance and mentorship to the team to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability
* Leading by example, championing strong compliance and operational controls while coaching the team to uphold the same standards


Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience leading a team of 3 or more in a retail environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach, and work collaboratively with the team
* A strong communicator with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to exceed expectations
