About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agricultural Supplies Salesperson to join the dynamic team at Total Rural Supplies' location in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our valued agricultural clients.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge to farmers and rural businesses
- Assisting customers with product selection, orders, and any other inquiries
- Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting inventory management
- Driving sales of agricultural products and equipment to meet and exceed targets
- Fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Some stock procurement.
- Loading and unloading of trucks and customer vehicles
- assisting picking and packing of orders will require you to be physically fit and capable of lifting product up to 30Kg.

- Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer service role within the agricultural industry
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A passion for the agricultural industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
