As a key member of our team, the Environmental Advisor plays a pivotal role in implementing environmental components of ESH programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with various ES&H disciplines to integrate environmental requirements and assessments into our program.
* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive systems for employee safety and health, environment, and community protection.
* Manage ES&H databases, including incident events, audit/assessment findings, and corrective actions.
* Conduct statistical analysis of ES&H data to identify performance trends and contributing factors.
* Identify and support innovative software systems used by ES&H personnel.
* Lead teams in conducting risk assessments, studies, mitigation planning, and monitoring.
* Prepare strategic communications, reports, and documents for program execution and records retention.
* Assist with incident notifications, lead investigations, and prepare incident investigation reports.
* Recommend and implement process improvements to minimize hazard potential.
* Participate in employee training, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance initiatives.
* Provide technical advice on moderately complex issues and regulatory interpretations.
