As a valued member of our community aged care team, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. About The Role
Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:
Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needsAssistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)Social connection and companionship

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualificationOwn vehicle and Comprehensive InsuranceAustralian Driver licenceFirst Aid & CPRValid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinationsExperience in care role highly regarded
