Location: Sydney or regional NSW, with preference of proximity to Moree. Clerk grade 9/10 salary starting from $129,464 plus super and leave loading. Full Time – Temporary until 30 June 2028.

Overview

About The Role
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Moree Special Activation Precinct’s infrastructure. The role works closely with the precinct team and stakeholders to develop industrial subdivisions and activate land. You will manage the development and implementation of allocated projects, including delivery and in accordance with contract and procurement requirements.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated high level experience in engineering and project management in a land development environment.
- Extensive experience in the management of infrastructure and land development projects to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Experience in the use and administration of government contracts.
- Experience in managing complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with a diverse range of stakeholders.
