Job Description

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketer to help plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. This role supports content creation, social media management, data reporting, and website updates to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Execution

* Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
* Manage campaign assets — lists, creative, tracking links, forms, and automation triggers.
* Test and optimize content performance (A/B, subject lines, CTA optimization).


Content & Social Media

* Write and schedule social posts, short blogs, and campaign content aligned with MST's messaging.
* Manage image libraries, templates, and collateral for global consistency.
* Assist with webinar coordination, event promotions, and post-event follow-up.


Data & Reporting

* Maintain and clean CRM/marketing databases.
* Track and report on basic campaign metrics (clicks, opens, conversions).
* Support dashboard maintenance and weekly reporting cycles.


Website & SEO

* Update web content, news stories, and case studies.
* Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility and ranking.
* Work with sales and product teams to ensure campaigns and content align with key initiatives.
* Support the Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist with campaign delivery.

KPIs:

* Campaign delivery accuracy and timeliness.
* Content publication frequency and quality.
* Contribution to lead generation metrics.


Desired Skills and Experience

* 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing or content creation (preferably B2B).
* Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads, and SEO/SEM fundamentals.
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
* Creative and resourceful problem solver, capable of hands‑on delivery.
