Job Description

The Senior Regional Sales Director will drive new business growth within the Banking and Insurance sectors by identifying and creating new opportunities with potential clients across Australia.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Business Growth: Identify and create new opportunities to drive business expansion in banking and insurance sectors.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for acquiring new accounts, aligning solutions with unique needs of banking and insurance organizations.
* Client Relationship Building: Establish and grow long-term relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in target accounts.
* Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and objectives of banking and insurance clients.
* Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs to refine sales strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Financial Services sector, with a focus on Banking and Insurance.

* New Business Acquisition: Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and driving business growth within large, complex organizations in the financial services industry.
* Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Australian banking and insurance sectors, including an understanding of key industry challenges and regulations.
* Strong Network: Established relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in the financial services industry.
* Consultative Approach: Ability to work in a consultative capacity, identifying customer pain points and crafting tailored solutions.
* Sales Excellence: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to design, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
