Job Description
The Senior Regional Sales Director will drive new business growth within the Banking and Insurance sectors by identifying and creating new opportunities with potential clients across Australia.
* Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Financial Services sector, with a focus on Banking and Insurance.
* New Business Acquisition: Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and driving business growth within large, complex organizations in the financial services industry.
* Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Australian banking and insurance sectors, including an understanding of key industry challenges and regulations.
* Strong Network: Established relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in the financial services industry.
* Consultative Approach: Ability to work in a consultative capacity, identifying customer pain points and crafting tailored solutions.
* Sales Excellence: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
