Job Description
Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Collaborate with the Technology team to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and solutions.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and tools as required.
Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
The Successful Applicant
Strong understanding of all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, Office ****, ****, ****) and server products (VM, AD, MS Server ****, etc).
Solid knowledge of networking technology and communication protocols.
Bi-lingual (English and Korean) preferred (contact HQ daily bases).
Management of IT assets.
Printing solution experience.
Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated ability to deliver solutions.
Time Management and Multi-Tasking.
Ability to work effectively with a team and with limited supervision.
