An chance has recently become available for a
Corporate Receptionist to be the face of their
Wyong office.
You will be responsible for:
Greeting all visitors and clients into the offices
Ensuring ID and security passes are managed in-line with guidelines
Managing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
Assisting with catering requirements
Supporting the facilities team with other ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
This is a crucial role where you will
be the face and voice of the business, as such you should always be
warm and approachable and work with a smile. You should also have an intermediate level of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), be
self motivated, and have high standards when it comes to attitude and also presentation.
Applicants must have previous Reception experience, above all, your overall attitude and presentation will be key.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, office based role.
This is initially a temporary position with a view to convert to permanent after 6 months.
