**Marketing Manager**
Brisbane | Full-Time or Part-Time
Off the back of an incredible 2024 which included being named Best Brand at the APSCo awards, cmr (Cornerstone Medical Recruitment) is looking for a Marketing Manager to join us to shape the future of healthcare recruitment. This role will work across all areas of marketing but will have some key focusses including digital marketing and campaign management, social media and all things lead-generation.

**Your Role**:
As our Marketing Manager, you'll create and execute our brand strategy, oversee digital marketing, and execute high-impact campaigns that fuel our growth. Your ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver results will shape the future of cmr's marketing success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals
- Develop compelling content—blog posts, case studies, client stories, and industry insights monitoring their reach to cmr's customers
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with cmr's mission and values
- Analyse performance metrics to track ROI and optimise campaigns
- Manage budgets and external vendors to maximise marketing impact
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven marketing leadership experience in a medium - large sales focussed business.
- Experience leading a multidisciplinary team, with a hands-on approach.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including customer journeys, salesforce marketing cloud (desirable) and meta
- A creative storyteller who can craft compelling content that engages our audience.
- An innovative thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
