Join Our Ladies & Gentlemen – Commis Chef
As one of the Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, you are the most important asset in our service commitment to our guests. We are pleased to welcome a new Commis Chef to our team on a part-time basis. Through your talents and dedication, you help us meet and exceed our guests' expectations. Please note that this role requires full-time working rights in Australia to be considered.
Position Summary
* Organize and maintain your assigned sections of different kitchen venues effectively.
* Serve food in proper portions and onto proper receptacles, focusing on attention to detail.
* Maintain organizational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period.
* Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that exceeds guest expectations.
* Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
* Maintain strong food safety and property standards.
About You
* Ability to work a rotation schedule (morning, afternoon, evening).
* Trade Industry Qualification or completion of a Commercial Cookery Qualification.
* Passion for the industry.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* Full working rights in Australia (required).
* Enthusiastic about career advancement.
* Self-motivated, driven and energetic in a fast-paced environment.
