Recruitment Consultant - Volume Blue Collar
Areputable recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support a major LNG project based in Subiaco. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct end-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions, ensuring timely placement to meet project needs.
* Develop and maintain talent pools through proactive sourcing strategies, including database management and online platforms.
* Coordinate and execute screening processes, including interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment compliance.
* Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless start for successful candidates.
* Partner with stakeholders to understand project requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
* Maintain up-to-date records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with project guidelines.
* Act as the point of contact for workforce-related queries and updates, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and site teams.
About You
* Extensive experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably within oil and gas, construction, or heavy industry projects.
