As a Studio Assistant Educator, there will never be a typical day. Through our play-based learning philosophy, we are constantly reminded of the wondrous world we live in. Your role will be key in fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported. You will be responsible for compliance tasks such as safety checks, communicating with families, recording children’s progress, routines, and interests—while creating a safe, supportive space where children thrive.

What you’ll need:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Proven experience in adapting activities and materials to meet the diverse needs of children, ensuring meaningful participation
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and child-led educational philosophy
* Current and Valid Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
