About the Role
You will act as an advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional support and guidance. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, natural leadership abilities, and attention to detail. You understand the importance of delivering consistent experiences in all success initiatives, fostering trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage clients at strategic levels, providing tailored service and support to ensure a world-class experience.
* Drive revenue growth through increased adoption, retention, and satisfaction of Mappedin's suite of products.
* Develop and execute effective onboarding programs, coaching clients to become experts and advocates.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and new feature add-ons, collaborating with Sales teams as needed.
* Sustain customer relationships, ensuring successful renewals and customized solutions when required.
* Establish Customer Success Plans, defining shared goals to help clients achieve their objectives.
* In collaboration with Product Teams, facilitate client meetings to encourage engagement and involvement, accommodating diverse time zones as necessary.
* Analyze key performance indicators, report progress, and optimize programs to drive adoption and client satisfaction.
* Proactively monitor and mitigate risks, preventing potential client churn.
Requirements

* Experience with CAD files, floor plans, and 3D software (an asset)
