Requirements:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in architecture, urban design, town planning or strategic facilities planning.

* Extensive experience in master planning and capital project delivery.

* Strong technical proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, GIS and BIM.

* Collaborative leadership skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
