Are you an interior designer who has worked for a residential building company in the past? We are looking for someone with a flair for interior design and who enjoys taking clients on their journey, with their colour selections and fixtures.
The role is to work with clients who are building a new home, and have decided on their land and now it comes to working out the interior and optional changes to the standard range. You will have to work within their contract and have a good understanding of how variations work.
It would suit someone coming from a building company or supplier, for example, tiles supplier etc.
You will have to enjoy the interaction with people, and have the patience to guide people to decisions
You will need good attention to detail to ensure that the correct items are recorded
You will need to be able to say no, when things are not achievable
This is a great role for someone that loves the building industry, and wants to be involved in a company that is fresh in their approach to the industry.
