Strategic Growth Leader Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team and drive territory growth through net new logos and cultivating relationships with existing customers.

* Develop a plan to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities for long-term growth.
* Deliver consistent revenue targets to support YoY territory expansion.
* IDentify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive repeatable and predictable bookings.
* TARGET and gain access to appropriate leaders in prospect accounts, building and cultivating your network of decision makers.
* Demonstrate skills in creating compelling artefacts, documents, and presentations to convey ideas.
* Utilize executive stakeholder alignment and run Quarterly Business Reviews to achieve success.
* Negotiate and close agreements to meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
* Holistically embrace, access, and utilize partners to identify and open opportunities.
* BUILD and nurture effective working partnerships within the ecosystem (xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First, etc.)


About You

You must have:

* 5+ years success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
* Ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand within Product, Digital, and Engineering organizations.
* Deep technical discovery skills that resonate with the developer community, including a strong grasp of product development lifecycle, devops, engineering terminology, product management.
* Strong technical acumen with proven ability to connect a technical sale to a company's business and transformation outcomes.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills with audiences of all levels.
* Prior experience working with Engineering, Product, and Digital Transformation Initiatives.
* Confident and self-driven with humility required to work in teams.
* Proven record of out-of-the-box thinking to open up new logos and win transformative opportunities.
* Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
* Consistently high-level energy, rigour, and accuracy with forecasting and opportunity hygiene management.
