Role Overview
Our role focuses on providing educational support to young people facing complex challenges.
We operate across Australia, serving over 2000 students through our schools.
Our approach is centered around trauma-informed practice and key principles including Honesty, Respect, Participation, Safe & Legal.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist teachers in delivering effective learning programs for secondary education.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of objectives and planning.
* Support staff in providing resources for activities/programs.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with disenfranchised youth.
A DHS Working with Children Clearance and Catholic Police Clearance are also required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of causes of educational disengagement and barriers young people face in achieving a year 12 qualification is highly desirable.
