Our client is a rapidly growing residential property developer with a strong pipeline of new home communities across Melbourne's key growth corridors. With construction now delivered in house and hundreds of homes currently in delivery, the business is entering its next phase of expansion. Due to continued project launches and increasing buyer demand, we are supporting them in the appointment of a New Homes Sales Consultant.
About the Position
This is a front line sales role based within a display suite environment, responsible for guiding buyers through the full purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to contract. You will play a critical role in converting enquiry to sale, delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing directly to project success.
• Drive New Home Sales Performance: Manage walk ins and qualified leads, conduct display inspections and present tailored home and land solutions aligned to buyer needs and budgets.
• Build Strong Buyer Relationships: Guide customers through the full sales process, from first interaction to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Manage the End to End Sales Process: Maintain accurate records in CRM, follow up consistently, and work closely with internal construction and operations teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Maximise Project Outcomes: Understand product inclusions, upgrades and promotions to increase average sale value and support project margins.
• Represent the Brand in Market: Maintain high standards within the display suite and present professionally at all times, acting as a trusted advisor to buyers.
About You
The successful candidate will bring energy, resilience and a genuine passion for property and customer engagement. You will have a strong track record in sales and the ability to build rapport quickly with a broad range of buyers.
• Proven sales experience: Ideally within residential property, new homes, real estate or a related high value sales environment.
• Strong closing ability: Demonstrated success converting enquiry to contract and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Customer first mindset: Ability to understand buyer motivations and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Commercial awareness: Comfortable discussing pricing, finance pathways and value propositions with confidence.
• Organised and self motivated: Able to manage follow up, pipeline and reporting with discipline.
