Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program supporting clinical and personal development
Work with diverse clients of varying ages and needs to improve independence, safety, and wellbeing
Manage a graded caseload to develop skills progressively
Engage in shadowing senior clinicians during induction and orientation
Follow a personalised GROWTH plan with regular mentoring and learning modules
Develop skills in areas such as Assistive Technology Prescription, Home Modifications, Aged Care, and NDIS
Attend monthly online professional development courses and clinical workshops
Collaborate within a team environment and contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes
About You
The company is looking for:
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Pending registration with AHPRA
Police check clearance
Valid driver's licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
