About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage our weekly payroll operations. As part of a dedicated finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our payroll processes.

Your Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and payroll data
* Oversight of superannuation, STP reporting, payroll tax, and third-party disbursements
* Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and company policies
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll, preferably within transport, logistics, or a similar fast-paced industry. Your strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance is essential. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are also required.
